THE HONG KONG PENINSULA WAY

Recently me and my wife stayed at the Peninsula Hong Kong.  I was impressed by their obscene in customer service.

 

#1 they blow your mind - well recognised international brand and the pearl of Hong Kong.  They invest in building their exclusive brand

#2 they put customer's interest before their profit - we arrived early before the normal check in time and was offered the room instantly.  They read our minds

#3 they demand to give exceptional customer service - staff members are well manner and trained.  They are trained to impress you

#4 they use extravagant goods - we are surrounded with expensive items and are free to use

 

Many business owners are focused on prices to attract customers.  Sometimes they neglect the importance of providing "value" to their customers.  This value translates to providing excellent customer service which provoke further spending.  I don't feel staying at The Peninsula is expensive because I know every cents are worth it.
